Shipping

We ship worldwide, usually with prioriy air service ( 5 or 10 days delivery time, for most of the countries ).

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the full informations needed to track your package anywhere in the world.

If specifically requested, we will be happy to assist you in choosing an alternative shipping method or arrange a pick up with your private agent.

Insurance

Your delivery is always covered by a full insurance: if something arrives broken, we will make the replacement parts ASAP and mail them to you at no additional costs.

Lead time

Every product is handmade upon request, therefore the average lead time is of about 30 working days.

Custom duties and import taxes

Customer is responsible for any foreign duties, if any.

Most of our articles are shipped not assembled.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure that you enter your address correctly.

We must charge you for shipping if we have to re-ship an item because of an address error.
